For our local prawns, we source from the East Coast of Australia, the gulf, South Australia and Western Australia. We can supply in all gradings, depending upon the species, from U6 to 31/40 as well as soft and broken.

Value added and processing
We work closely with importers and processors and can supply everything from tempura local whiting to prawn gyozas and all things in between.
Over the past year when the prawn import ban was in place we worked with 5 processors to supply 35 tonnes of local prawn cutlets and meat to our customers. The majority of the raw product for these cutlets were sourced from our suppliers, we worked with processors to produce the product and then onsold it. We also work with butchery chains packing retail bag salmon portions to meet an affordable pricepoint.
